I got the new plastic palette Schmincke released this year. I got it because it is plastic and it lays flat when you open it up. Many of the metal palettes only one side is flat. I am glad it only had the Student grade paint in it, because it made it affordable to get this just for the palette. The paint is still great don't get me wrong, but I just wanted the palette.
